Rule 30-1302 - MEMBER RESPONSIBLE FOR GROSS RECEIPTS

1302.1

Each licensed organization shall designate a member of the licensed organization who shall be in charge of and primarily responsible for the proper use and disposition of all gross receipts.

1302.2

The member responsible for gross receipts shall be bonded.
