The Board shall issue one class of supplier's license for the following:
The duration of the license is one (1) year.
The license fee for a supplier's license for the first year of operation shall be one hundred dollars ($100).
The supplier shall pay a renewal license fee based on the supplier's gross sales of supplies equipment and provision of personnel, if applicable, to the licensed organizations during the preceding year.
The fee shall be in accordance with the following schedule:
Amount of Gross Sales | Fees |
Less than $5,000 | $100 |
Between $5,000 and $19,999.99 | $200 |
Between $20,000 and $49,999.99 | $400 |
More than $49,999.99 | $600 |
The fee for any amended supplier's license, shall be fifteen dollars ($15).
License fees shall be paid by check, or U.S. postal money order.
The Agency shall require a bond from a surety company licensed to do business in the District from each applicant for a suppliers' license at the time the application is made and shall guarantee that all goods or services are delivered to the licensed organizations. The following is the suppliers' license bond schedule:
The books and records required herein shall be kept by the licensed supplier for a period of five (5) years following the expiration date of the original or renewal license.
