1119.1 A registered iLottery player may request a hearing contesting the denial of a prize claim or the disposition of an iLottery Account.1119.2 A request for a hearing shall be filed with the Executive Director within fifteen (15) business days after the receipt of written notice denying the prize claim.1119.3 Hearings shall be subject to and conducted in accordance with Chapter 400 of this title.D.C.
