Rule 3-5402 - DISPOSITION5402.1 Following the presentation of evidence to the Board by the Director in an adversarial hearing, the Board may take one or more of the following actions:
(a) Levy a civil penalty in accordance with the Act;(b) Refer the matter to the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia for enforcement or prosecution;(c) Refer the matter to the Attorney General for the District of Columbia for enforcement or prosecution; or5402.3 In addition to an action taken pursuant to § 5402.1, the Board may take any other remedial action pursuant to authority granted it by the Act.
