The Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination is applicable to hearings before the Board.
Where the Board is aware of a risk of self-incrimination, the Board shall on the record inform witnesses of their right to assert this privilege.
Where the Board is aware of a risk of self-incrimination, the Board shall warn witnesses that failure to assert this protection waives it.
