Rule 3-1111 - RETENTION OF RECORDS

1111.1

The Board shall preserve recall petitions for one (1) year after the date of the election for which the petition qualified or attempted to qualify for placement on the ballot.

1111.2

Recall petitions shall be destroyed following the lapse of the one (1) year period unless legal action relating to the petitions is pending.
