This chapter establishes standards governing enrollment eligibility, conditions of participation for providers, and program requirements of the District of Columbia's (District) Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
DHCF, in coordination with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), shall serve as the designated District agency responsible for administering the PACE program in the District, and shall adhere to all applicable requirements set forth at 42 CFR Part 460.
