Assistance payments under the Program shall be made only once in any twelve (12) month period from the date of application, except during a public health emergency as described in section 7509.2.
During a public health emergency and for sixty (60) days after the end of a public health emergency, assistance payments under the Program may be made up to two (2) times in a single twelve (12) month period.
