Rule 29-6517 - REBASING AND ANNUAL RATE ADJUSTMENTS

6517.1

Not later than October l, 2021, and every four (4) years thereafter, the base year data, medians, day-weighted medians and peer group prices shall be updated.

6517.2

DHCF retains authority to update the routine and support and the nursing and resident care components of the peer group nursing facility rates annually.
