The facility shall provide proper lighting that complies with all applicable federal and local laws and regulations.
Emergency lighting shall be provided and available at all times.
All rooms, corridors, and stairways within a facility shall be equipped with operable electric illumination.
All incandescent or fluorescent light fixtures shall be protected with shades or covers.
The facility shall have working exterior electrical illumination for operable entrances and stairways to occupied buildings.
