A resource parent shall incorporate each foster child into family activities, including family mealtimes, outings, and vacations.
A resource parent shall accord the foster child privileges and responsibilities consistent with those provided other children in the household.
A resource parent shall provide structure and daily activities designed to promote the individual physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional development of the foster child.
A resource parent shall help each foster child develop age-appropriate skills and perform tasks that will promote independence and the ability to care for himself or herself.
A resource parent shall provide age-appropriate toys and books suitable for the foster child.
A resource parent may ask a foster child to assume household chores reasonable to the foster child's age and ability, and commensurate with those expected of the resource parent's own children.
An eligible foster child shall receive an allowance in accordance with CFSA's allowance policy.
