Rule 29-5808 - WORK ACTIVITIES

5808.1

The individual responsibility plan shall include the requirement to participate in one (1) or more of the following activities:

(a) Unsubsidized employment;

(b) Subsidized private sector employment;

(c) Subsidized public sector employment;

(d) Work experience;

(e) On-the-job training;

(f) Job search and job readiness;

(g) Community service;

(h) Vocational education training;

(i) Job skills training directly related to employment;

(j) Education; or

(k) Provision of child care services to the dependent or dependents of an individual who is participating in a community service program.

5808.2

A TANF recipient is exempt from work participation if the recipient meets any of the criteria for an exemption listed in Section 5809.
