Rule 29-5805 - ADVERSE ACTION OR DETERMINATION BY NON-GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES
5805.1

An individual against whom any adverse finding or recommendation has been made or taken by a non-governmental entity shall have the right to have the adverse finding or recommendation reviewed pursuant to the District of Columbia Public Assistance Act of 1982, as amended.

5805.2

When a non-governmental entity changes the work or training activity, or location where that work or training occurs, as long as the change comports with the plan of self-sufficiency as contained in the Individual Responsibility Plan, the change shall not be considered an adverse finding or recommendation against an individual under this section.

5805.3

For purposes of this section, "adverse action" includes, but is not limited to, the recommendation for sanction for non-participation in a required activity.
