Rule 29-5700 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
5700.1

This chapter establishes the standards and procedures under which Medicaid beneficiaries are enrolled and disenrolled from a District of Columbia (District) Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) under the District Dual Choice program pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1396n(a).

5700.2

Once the Department of Health Care Finance (the Department) and its agents or designees determines an applicant to be eligible for Medicaid in accordance with Chapters 95 and 98 of Title 29 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR), the Department may determine the individual's enrollment in a D-SNP in accordance with § 5701 of this chapter.
