Rule 29-2807 - DELAYED REGISTRATION OF BIRTH CERTIFICATION AND ISSUANCE
2807.1

If the Registrar approves an application for registration of a delayed birth certificate, he or she shall, by signature, certify the following:

(a) That no prior birth certificate is on file for the person whose birth is to be recorded;
(b) That it has been determined that the evidence submitted establishes the facts of the birth; and
(c) That the abstraction of the evidence appearing on the delayed certificate of birth accurately reflects the nature and content of the document.
2807.2

The Registrar shall only issue a copy of an entire delayed birth certificate and shall not issue a summary or short form document.
