Rule 29-2020 - FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PAYMENT OF HEALTH BENEFIT PREMIUMS FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS

2020.1

Sections 2020 - 2024 shall govern the District of Columbia's program to provide financial assistance in the form of payment of health benefit premiums for certain District of Columbia residents who are disabled due to Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS).

2020.2

Initial or continued eligibility for financial assistance under this program shall be contingent upon the availability of funds identified for the program in supporting schedules for the District's appropriations act.
