Rule 29-1310 - EFFECT OF DIRECTOR'S DETERMINATION

1310.1

The determination by the Director shall be final and binding on the provider submitting a cost report for program reimbursement unless either of the following occurs:

(a) The Director revises his or her determination on the basis of additional documentation; or

(b) The provider requests a hearing and a decision is rendered.
