Rule 29-145 - RIGHT TO A HEARING

145.1

Each applicant or recipient of vocational rehabilitation or independent living services who is dissatisfied with any determination concerning the furnishing or denial of services shall be entitled to a hearing before the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings.
