Rule 29-139 - MEDIATION

139.1

Mediation is available to an applicant or recipient of vocational rehabilitation or independent living services through the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings as part of the impartial due process hearing.

139.2

Mediation must be requested in accordance with section 149 of this Chapter.
