Rule 29-102 - ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION102.1 Once a person has submitted an application for vocational rehabilitation services, an eligibility determination shall be made within sixty (60) days and documented in the person's record, unless:
(a) Exceptional and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Rehabilitation Services Administration preclude making an eligibility determination within sixty (60) days and the Rehabilitation Services Administration and the person agree to a specific extension of time; or(b) An exploration of the person's abilities, capabilities and capacity to perform in realistic work situations (i.e. trial work experiences) is carried out in accordance with subsection 103.13.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, r. 29-102
