The Director shall prepare an annual report on the activities of the Department as required by Section 5(a)(5) of the DFS Establishment Act (D.C. Official Code § 5-1501.04(a)(5)) and shall provide the report to the Mayor, the Council of the District of Columbia, and the Board. The report shall also be published on the Department's website.
The report shall include descriptions of strategic developments, operational developments, outreach developments, and planned future actions for the Department.
