Rule 28-2800 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
2800.1

The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules of organization and procedure for the Public Trust for Drug Prevention and Children at Risk, pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 47-4004(a) (2001).

2800.2

The Trust was created to support non-profit organizations and District of Columbia government agencies in their drug prevention and children at risk programs for District of Columbia residents.
