Rule 28-2101 - MEETINGS OF THE COMMISSION

2101.1

A majority of the serving members of the Judicial Nomination Commission (Commission) shall constitute a quorum. The vote of a majority of the serving members of the Commission shall be necessary for the adoption of an action by the Commission.
