The Commission shall review each agency's proposed program. As part of its review, the Commission may hold discussions with agency staff and make recommendations for modifications in the agency's proposed program.
After receipt and review of an agency's proposed sheltered market program, the Commission shall take one of the following actions:
If an agency's proposed program is either rejected or partially approved, the Commission may require that the agency take additional steps to meet the goals set forth in this section, including, but not limited to, those set forth in § 606.
