Pursuant to Section 822 of the District of Columbia Procurement Practices Act of 1985 (Act), effective February 21, 1986 (D.C. Law 6-85; D.C. Official Code § 2-381.10 ), the Attorney General for the District of Columbia (OAG) is authorized at least once every four (4) years to promulgate rules to adjust the amounts of the civil penalties listed in Section 814 of the Act.
