Rule 50-5023 - NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDS AND CONTRACT

5023.1

Contract awards or contract modifications in an actual or estimated amount over one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) shall be published on the OAG website within seven (7) days of execution.

5023.2

All information published under this section shall be removed from the OAG website upon the expiration or termination of the contract, or after five (5) years of award, whichever is longer.
