Rule 50-5007 - APPLICABILITY

5007.1

These rules apply to the procurement of goods or services, including construction services, by and for OAG:

(a) Whether through purchase or lease; and

(b) Whether the goods or services are already in existence or must be developed.

5007.2

This chapter does not apply to any goods or services that OAG may acquire as a gift or on a pro bono basis.

5007.3

These rules shall not apply to:

(a) The purchase or lease of real property by OAG; or

(b) The disposition of real or personal property by OAG.
