Rule 27-4705 - CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
4705.1

To be eligible to receive a contract from the Department, a prospective contractor must satisfy two (2) basic qualification requirements. Specifically, the prospective contractor must:

(a) Be responsible; and
(b) Not be disqualified on the basis of conflicts of interest either personal or organizational, or related ethical concerns.
