Rule 27-4602 - CHIEF CONTRACTING OFFICER4602.1The Chief Executive Officer shall serve as the Hospital's Chief Contracting Officer (CCO). The CCO shall have plenary contracting authority and have responsibility for supervising the Hospital's procurement activities. The CCO shall prescribe the standard contract format and standard contract provisions to be included in the contracts, consistent with this chapter.
4602.2If the CCO determines that it is in the best interest of the Hospital to do so, including in an emergency situation, it is in the CCO's discretion to:
(a) issue emergency rules that shall remain in effect for one hundred twenty (120) day periods;(b) waive contract provisions; and(c) substitute contract provisions.D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 27, r. 27-4602
