Rule 27-4019 - RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCEPTANCE

4019.1

Acceptance of goods, services, or construction shall be the responsibility of the contracting officer.

4019.2

When the contracting officer assigns the responsibility for acceptance to another District employee, acceptance by that employee shall be binding on the District.
