Each business entity that has or is seeking a District contract with a value of $250,000 or more or multiple District contracts with a value of $250,000 or more in the aggregate shall include with its bid or proposal the names, official title, and home addresses, of its principals as of the date of the solicitation in accordance with the instructions contained in the solicitation.
Each business entity that has made a disclosure pursuant to §§ 3906.1 of this chapter shall provide updates as to its principals that occur while the solicitation is pending. Successful awardees shall advise the District as to any change to its principals during the pendency of the contract's period of performance.
Each business entity that has or is seeking a District contract with a value of $250,000 or more or multiple District contracts with a value of $250,000 or more in the aggregate shall include with its bid or proposal a list of any other contract or contracts it currently holds, or is seeking to obtain, from any District agency or instrumentality that contains the following information:
