All business entities seeking or having a contract for goods or services, the acquisition or sale of any District-owned land or building, lease agreement, licensing arrangement, covered loan, covered loan guarantee, tax abatement or exemption, or surplus and disposition of any land or building by a contracting authority and its principals shall comply with Section 334a of the Campaign Finance Act of 2011 (D.C. Official Code §§ 1-1163.34 a) and the provisions of this chapter.
This chapter shall apply to new contracts, option periods, or contract extension executed after November 9, 2022, except where otherwise stated.
