NOTICE AND ASSISTANCE
A contractor shall notify the contracting officer of all claims of patent or copyright infringement or misappropriation of proprietary information that come to the contractor's attention in connection with performing a District contract.
A contractor shall, upon request, assist the District with any evidence and information in its possession in connection with any claim or lawsuit against the District due to any alleged patent or copyright infringement or misappropriation of proprietary information arising out of or resulting from the performance of a contract.
