Rule 27-2300 - DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE: GENERAL PROVISIONS
2300.1

The time of delivery or performance is an essential contract element and shall be clearly stated in each solicitation and contract.

2300.2

The contracting officer shall ensure that a delivery or performance schedule is realistic and meets the requirements of the procurement.

2300.3

Except when clearly unnecessary, a solicitation shall inform bidders or offerors of the basis on which their bids or proposals will be evaluated with respect to time of delivery or performance.
