Rule 27-1600 - USE OF COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS
1600.1

If the contracting officer determines competitive sealed bidding is not practicable or advantageous to the District, a procurement may be conducted using the competitive sealed proposal (CSP) method.

1600.2

Proposals shall be solicited from the maximum number of qualified sources, and in a manner consistent with the nature of, and the need for, the goods or services being acquired.
