Rule 26-C300 - POWERS OF DEPOSIT-TAKING BUSINESSES

300.1

Basic charter powers shall be granted upon approval of the charter. Even if an institution chooses initially to exercise less than the full range of basic powers, no subsequent approval shall be necessary before engaging in the other basic powers.
