Rule 26-C2514 - THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS

2514.1

Any promissory note taken in connection with a retail installment contract subject to this chapter shall state on its face: "THIS INSTRUMENT IS SUBJECT TO A RETAIL INSTALLMENT CONTRACT."
