Rule 26-C2200 - SCOPE

2200.1

Unless specified otherwise, these rules shall govern persons engaged in the transmission of money in the District of Columbia whether it is within the United States or to locations abroad, by any means, including, but not limited to, payment instrument, wire, facsimile, or electronic transfer.
