Rule 26-C2011 - NOTICE OF ASSIGNEE LIABILITY

2011.1

Any person who sells or assigns a covered loan shall include, with the covered loan a notice, in a form similar to, and containing the same information, as the sample notice found in the Appendix, Form 3.
