A disclosure of surcharges on an automated teller machine and point of sale terminal shall be printed or typewritten in the English language. A disclosure of surcharges on an automated teller machine shall be provided electronically.
A point of sale terminal shall have the disclosure of surcharges displayed on the front side of the point of sale terminal and the language shall be printed or typewritten in a conspicuous manner.
