Rule 26-A4002 - EXISTING RECIPROCALS

4002.1

Existing authorized reciprocal insurers shall, after January 1, 2009, comply with these regulations and shall make such amendments to their subscribers' agreement, power of attorney, policies, and other documents and accounts and perform such other acts as may be required for such compliance.
