Rule 26-A3710 - CAPTIVE MANAGERS AND INTERMEDIARIES

3710.1

No person shall, in or from within the District, act as a captive manager, broker, agent, salesman, or reinsurance intermediary for captive business without the authorization of the Commissioner.
