Rule 26-A3708 - REVIEW OF CAPTIVE APPLICATION

3708.1

The Commissioner may retain, at the applicant's expense, any attorneys, actuaries, accountants, consultants, or other experts as may be reasonably necessary to assist the Commissioner in reviewing a captive application.
