Rule 26-A306 - POLICIES IN EFFECT LESS THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS

306.1

The restrictions on cancellation contained in this chapter shall not be effective with respect to any policy which shall have been in force for thirty (30) days or less, provided that such policy is not a renewal policy.
