Rule 26-A1711 - INTER-COMPANY ARBITRATION

1711.1

All matters involving the subrogation of motor vehicle insurance personal injury protection benefits in which insurance companies cannot agree to entitlement shall be arbitrated by a company so designated by the Commissioner.
