Rule 25-I302 - INSPECTIONS AND TREATMENT OF PUBLIC OUTDOOR SPACES

302.1

The Department shall inspect public outdoor spaces where rodents or rodent harborage conditions are:

(a) Observed by the Department through an inspection; or

(b) Reported to the Department by the public.

302.2

The Department shall treat the inspected areas when it observes evidence of rodent activity or harborage conditions in public outdoor spaces.
