Rule 25-I300 - OUTREACH ACTIVITIES - PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SPACES

300.1

In an effort to prevent conditions on public space and private property that are injurious to public health, the Department shall:

(a) Conduct outreach and education activities targeting public an d private space; and

(b) Coordinate outreach and education with other District agencies through interagency agreements targeting the elimination of rodents.
