Rule 25-G811 - ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TERM OF SUSPENSION, REINSTATEMENT
811.1

A summary suspension shall remain in effect until the conditions cited in the notice of suspension no longer exist and the Department has confirmed, through reinspection or other appropriate means that the conditions cited in the notice of suspension have been corrected.
