Rule 25-G802 - ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW - CONDEMNATION ORDER, JUSTIFYING CONDITIONS AND REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT, WATER, INKS, PIGMENTS, REUSABLE INSTRUMENTS, DISPOSABLE ITEMS, JEWELRY, SHARPS, MARKING INSTRUMENTS AND STENCILS, AND FURNISHINGS
802.1

A duly authorized agent of the Department may condemn and forbid the sale of, or cause to be removed and destroyed, any equipment, water, inks, pigments, reusable instruments, disposable items, jewelry, sharps, marking instruments and stencils, and furnishings found in a body art establishment which does not comply with these regulations, or that is being used in violation of these regulations, or that because of dirt, filth, extraneous matter, corrosion, open seams, or chipped or cracked surfaces is unfit for use.
