If operations are discontinued as specified in Section 706 or otherwise according to applicable D.C. laws and regulations, the operator shall obtain approval from the Department before resuming operations.
The Department shall determine whether an operator needs to discontinue operations that are unaffected by the imminent health hazard in a body art establishment as determined by the Department or other District agency.
